The Chinese Arts and Humanities Initiative provides scholarly support to GW faculty's research and discoveries in the field of Chinese arts and humanities. The center also welcomes visiting scholars from all over the world to spend time at GW furthering their research and collaborating with faculty.

As budget permits, the initiative provides support to faculty in the arts and humanities to enable them to pursue groundbreaking research in an array of disciplines and remain on the cutting-edge of innovation and discovery. From supporting research travel to book publications, our scholarly support is committed to enhancing the global reach of our research, expanding into new multidisciplinary fields and assisting faculty in taking their research to the next level.

Our events provide another opportunity to spotlight faculty research, often featuring speakers from within GW as well as other institutions.
